1Introduction & Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are between you, the registered user ("Member"), and 365 slot ("Platform", "we", "us"). 2Account Registration & Eligibility

4.3 Pre-Withdrawal Requirements

• KYC verification must be fully completed.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified bank account in your name.

5Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Rewards

5.1 Wagering Requirements

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated.
• 365 slot reserves the right to void any bonus if misuse is found to have occurred.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts.
• Systematically using low-risk betting strategies (e.g., two-way betting) to fulfil wagering requirements may result in bonus forfeiture.
• All promotions have an expiry date. Unused bonuses will expire automatically once the stipulated period has lapsed.

6General Game Rules

All games on 365 slot — including slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), Sports Betting (Malaysian Super League, EPL, badminton), and progressive jackpots — are subject to the following general rules.

• The outcome of all games is determined by an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that cannot be manipulated by any party, including 365 slot itself.
• In the event of any technical disruption during gameplay, 365 slot will use the last valid recorded state to determine the final outcome. Any affected bets will be returned to the player.

• For Sports Betting, the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed are the valid odds. Any changes to the odds after a bet has been confirmed will not affect that bet.

7Prohibited Conduct & Activities

To maintain the safety and fairness of the platform for all 365 slot players, the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action against your account:

• Identity Fraud: Registering or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Multiple Accounts: Owning or operating more than one account on 365 slot.
• Money Laundering: Using this platform for any money laundering activities.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses through unfair means, including the use of automated software or coordinating with other members to abuse promotions.

8Account Suspension, Closure & Freezing

365 slot reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• A proven breach of any term set out in this document.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from competent legal authorities.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Responding to valid complaints from third parties.

In the event of an inactive account, 365 slot will send a notification to the registered email address before any action is taken. For accounts closed due to a breach of terms, balances accumulated through activities that violated these terms may be forfeited.

8.1 Account Closure at Member's Request

You may close your 365 slot account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited and any remaining real money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to you via your original payment method.

9Responsible Gaming

10365 Slot Liability Limits

365 slot shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Unauthorised use of your account resulting from your own negligence (e.g., sharing your password).
• Processing delays caused by factors beyond our control, including disruptions from payment providers.
• Losses resulting from betting decisions made by the player themselves.

11Amendments to Terms & Conditions

365 slot reserves the right to modify, update, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes through:

Amendments take effect 7 days after notice is issued. Continued use of the 365 slot platform after that period constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree to the amendments, you have the right to close your account before they take effect.

12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where 365 slot is licensed. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through:

• Second tier: If the matter cannot be resolved within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to independent arbitration in accordance with the relevant regulatory body's guidelines.

You agree not to initiate any legal action against 365 slot without first exhausting the internal dispute resolution process provided.
